New Features - Build 4
 1. For Amazon Business customers in the USA, you can now place orders directly with Amazon Business from the Purchasing Window in QuoteWerks.

 2. For ConnectWise Manage users, when searching for a ConnectWise Manage contact on the SoldTo/ShipTo tab in QuoteWerks, you can now search by the Contact's Company's Territory.

 3. SugarCRM 9.0 is now supported! [Service Release: 4.02]

 4. ConnectWise 2019.3 is now supported! [Service Release: 4.02]

Misc Features - Build 4
 1. Change made to the DOcument Purge Wizard relating to the recordset recordcount. [Service Release: 4.02]

 2. The Start->Programs->QuoteWerks program group now has a "QuoteWerks Help" link to the QuoteWerks help on the website. [Service Release: 4.10]

 3. When installing a fresh new installation of QuoteWerks, QuoteWerks now starts automatically after the installation is complete. [Service Release: 4.10]

Fixes - Build 4
 1. For ConnectWise Manage users, when searching for a ConnectWise Manage contact on the SoldTo/ShipTo tab in QuoteWerks, if the Contact in ConnectWise Manage had an inherited Phone Number or Fax Number, the ConnectWise Manage REST API does not always return the inherited value and the Phone Number would be blank in the results. In these cases, QuoteWerks will now populate the Phone Number and Fax Number from the Contact's Company if these values are empty.

 2. For ConnectWise Manage users, when updating a ConnectWise Manage Activity, the date of the updated activity would sometimes go back one day.

 3. When a DTF file was opened, the Windows clipboard was filled with DTF file debugging information, replacing the current contents of the Windows Clipboard.

 4. For Maximizer Desktop users, clicking on the [DataLink Setup] button under Contacts->Setup Contact Manager with Maximizer selected does not open up the DataLink window.

 5. Amazon Business Online ordering users, order was reported as accepted, but Amazon Business did not receive it. [Service Release: 4.02]

 6. For Zoho CRM users, when searching for a Zoho Account, if the search result would return multiple accounts, an error would occur. [Service Release: 4.02]

 7. Realtime Distributor, Digitek, was combined with 2 other distributors to form Arlington. Real-time Pricing and Availability is now available for IT distributor Arlington. The Real-time Setup in QuoteWerks for Digitek was renamed Arlington. Existing Digitek credentials entered into QuoteWerks will continue to work. The Realtime Pricing and Availability call URL was updated to point to the new Arlington URL. For Product Content Subscribers, Arlington pricing & availability is now available on the Etilize Panel.  8. When attempting to Export Multiple DTF files using a filter would receive an error. [Service Release: 4.02]

 9. For Zoho CRM users, if a contact is pulled in from Zoho CRM, then you cleared the contact fields, then manually type a value in the fields, the contact record ID is still retained on the quote, and if you save the quote in QuoteWerks, it will write the deal out to the originally pulled in contact. [Service Release: 4.04]

 10. For Autotask users, the Autotask Opportunity link on the Links tab was not working. [Service Release: 4.04]

 11. For ShareWerks users, When clicking on the [Admin Setup] button under the ShareWerks tab of Tools->Options, would incorrectly receive error about "No Users available to invite!" [Service Release: 4.05]

 12. For Zoho CRM users, error when several results were being returned for a contact lookup search. [Service Release: 4.06]

 13. For Zoho CRM users, contact lookup searches were not displaying contacts that were not associated with accounts. [Service Release: 4.06]

 14. For Zoho CRM users, in the Data Link, Zoho user-defined custom fields that had multiple lines of data were writing into QuoteWerks as empty. [Service Release: 4.06]

 15. For Zoho CRM users, accounts with an ampersand in the name were not being returned in the contact lookup search window. [Service Release: 4.06]

 16. For Zoho CRM users, the name search from the contact lookup window was not returning accounts without a contact. [Service Release: 4.08]

 17. For Zoho CRM users, contact lookup searches were returning duplicate records. [Service Release: 4.08]
