Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
User is getting Error 9999 when integrating with SugarCRM. Missing argument 8 for get_entry_list() in ...\SoapSugarUsers.php


Cause:
SugarCRM is returning an HTML error message, while QuoteWerks is expecting an XML response.


Solution:
Refer to the referenced log file in SugarCRM for more information on the HTML Error Message.
