Save As window doesn't display

When a user goes to Print -> Preview, then clicks the Save As button, the window to choose the File Type and provide the file with a name does not display.
User's .ini file is corrupt.
Rename the user's .ini file to .old, then relaunch QuoteWerks. QuoteWerks will generate a new .ini file and the issue should be resolved. The user's settings under Tools -> My Preferences will need to be reset, however.
