Product Lookup crashes QuoteWerks

Issue:

When user clicks on the Products button or goes to Products -> Lookup, QuoteWerks crashes to desktop without a single error.

Cause:

User's .ini file is corrupt.

Solution:

Navigate to the QuoteWerks folder and look for the user's .ini; it will be an abbreviation of their login name, like ADMINIST.INI for Administrator. Once the .ini file is found, rename the .ini file to .old and restart QuoteWerks. The settings under Tools -> My Preferences will need to be reset, but the crash problem should be resolved.
