Issue:

When user attempts to pull Real Time Pricing & Availability data for Tech Data, they receive the error:

Tech Data XML request result reported error:
The required UserName tag is either blank or missing.

Cause:

The Real Time Pricing & Availability credentials for Tech Data have not been entered into the Option yet.

Solution:

Go to the Real-time tab of Tools -> Options and then click on the Tech Data subtab. Enter the Tech Data credentials for XML access and try again; it should work this time.
