Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 5.5 Build 4

When user attempts to login to QuoteWerks, they receive the error:

File Not Found

There are no other details on the error message.


Files are locked open on the server; specifically, the issue has been encountered when the spellus.lex and the .dic files were locked open. This typically only happens when a user is logged in to QuoteWerks and the network (or their access to the network) crashes.


Log everyone out of QuoteWerks and then while logged in to the server, go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management, expand Shared Folders and then click on Open Files. Disconnect any QuoteWerks files that remain open on the left side of the window; once all of them are disconnected, try logging in to QuoteWerks again, the issue should be resolved.
