ACT! Medic - Bottom bar of the utility is cut off

Issue:

When user attempts to run the ACT! Medic Utility, the bottom bar - which contains the check box for "Show Advanced Options" is cut off.

Cause:

DPI settings have been modified in the Windows Display Settings - this is a known issue with multiple programs, not just QuoteWerks or the Medic Utility.

Solution:

Open the Windows Display Properties (they're accessible by right clicking on the Desktop and choosing Properties or through the Control Panel) and go to the Settings tab. Click the Advanced button at the bottom right, then reset the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI). Reboot the system, then try running the Medic Utility again - this time it should show the bottom bar as expected.
