F2 Lookup causing QuoteWerks to freeze or crash

When user attempts to access one of the F2 Lookup windows, QuoteWerks freezes or crashes either when trying to use one of the items or when trying to close the window.
The CDINTF.DLL file is not registering or has become unregistered.
Manually register the file by using the regsvr32 command. If this is a Terminal Server or Citrix environment, the manual registration will need to occur while logged in as the administrator with Install mode switched on, which can be done by typing:
change user /install
at a command prompt. Switch back to execute mode after running the manual registration by typing:
change user /execute
Once the file shows as registered, the F2 Lookup should work without issue.
