Issue:

When user tries to export to QuickBooks, receives the error:

Error in GetXMLListOfQBItemsByType(), type='Account'
ErrorCode: 3260
Severity: Error
Description: Insufficient permission level to perform this action.

Cause:

The user's permissions need to be enhanced in order for the integration to work.

Solution:

The specific permission restrictions that caused the above error were:

Lists
Chart of Accounts - View
Class List - View

Both of those permissions should be set to Full.
