Issue:
When searching for a contact in MS CRM, only the first 30 results are returned, how can this limit be increased?

Solution:
By default, 30 results are returned. By editing the SITE.INI file and adding the INI key MSCRMMaxSearchResultRecords under the [Contact Managers] section you can set this maximum number to the desired value. We recommend that you use this setting with caution. The higher the value, the longer the search results will take to load. If you find search results are taking too long, we recommend you reduce the MSCRMMaxSearchResultRecords. The following example uses the value of 50 results.
