Issue:

When user attempts to e-mail out of QuoteWerks using Outlook, the e-mail appears to send but they then receive a return e-mail in Outlook stating

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

You do not have permission to send to this recipient.

Cause:

The user's return e-mail address inside of QuoteWerks does not match the user's e-mail address in their Exchange profile. This typically happens when the user has more than one e-mail address in their Exchange profile or has e-mail addresses with aliases (such as qw.com instead of quotewerks.com).

Solution:

Modify the return e-mail address in QuoteWerks to match the primary e-mail address in Exchange. The return e-mail address in QuoteWerks is listed under Tools -> My Preferences and then the Internet tab. Once these match, the issue should be resolved.
