Issue:

When user attempts to e-mail a document, QuoteWerks freezes. Error is a fairly generic Windows message similar to this:

Hanging application qw.exe, version 4.0.0.37, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Fault bucket 806981378.

Cause:

QuoteWerks PDF Generator may be set to "Use Printer Offline".

Solution:

Browse to your Printers/Faxes window through Control Panel or the Start Menu, right click on the PDF Generator and select "Use Printer Online".
