Locked Open Quote - The document'AAAQ1234' is already in use by user 'Administrator'

When one user attempts to open a quote in QuoteWerks, they receive a message indicating another user has the file locked open - even when no other users are logged in.
The record is stuck in the InUseDocuments table in the docs.mdb database (if running Access) or the InUseDocuments table inside the QuoteWerks database (if running SQL).
Close everyone out of QuoteWerks and open the docs.mdb file using Access 2002/2003/2010/2013, then open the InUseDocuments table and locate the reference for that quote and delete the line.
Log in to your QuoteWerks database using SQL Management Studio, open the InUseDocuments table and remove the reference line for the quote.
