Issue:

When user attempts to install the PDF Generator using the Medic Utility's "Install PDF Generator in Debug Mode" while on Vista, they receive

Run-time error 5
Invalid procedure, call or argument.

Cause:

Vista's User Accounts Control is blocking the function from running correctly.

Solution:

Disable UAC, reboot, then try the install again.
