FoxPro - Error 1316

Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When user is attempting to install FoxPro drivers, typically to resolve this error:

Error Opening connection in ConnOpen()
Error(-2147467259) [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver does not support this function

they then receive this message:

Error 1316: A network error occured trying to access C:\

Cause:

Existing FoxPro drivers are preventing the installation of the new FoxPro drivers.

Solution:

Completely uninstall the existing FoxPro from Add/Remove Programs, reboot, then rerun the new FoxPro install and both issues should be resolved.
