Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?

Issue:
When customizing the columns on the Quote Workbook or changing the background color of the Quote Workbook, you receive the following error message:

An unexpected Error occurred(380)
Invalid Property value
Apply column changes to all open quotes: Before ApplyQuoteSheetProperties

Cause:
The grid control (ssdw3b32.ocx) may be a different version on your computer than the one provided by QuoteWerks.

As of 12 December 2008, QuoteWerks 4.0 Build 43 is shipping with version 3.13.23.0. In the reported case, the customer's version of ssdw3b32.ocx was 3.13.25.0.

Solution:
Rename your "ssdw3b32.ocx" file located in your Windows System32 folder.

Then, re-run the NSETUP.EXE file located in the root of the QuoteWerks directory. This will restore the QuoteWerks version of the "ssdw3b32.ocx" file.

Additional notes

The file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSSTDFMT.DLL is also required by this grid control. At this time the version shipping with QuoteWerks is version 6.0.88.4
