Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
While searching for Real-time Product Content for a supported manufacturer, I have noticed that not all products contain content or the same amount of content as other products.

Cause:
QuoteWerks is limited to the information provided by ICEcat.

Solution:
If you are using the English(USA) language option, this is a relatively new option offered by ICEcat. They are actively adding more products and product content for USA English. You can use the English(UK) language option while they are updating their online product offerings.
