ACT - Duplicate Email Records Logged in ACT

When sending an email in QuoteWerks, duplicate email records appear in the ACT! contact's history.
You may have enabled the ACT! Outlook Add-In that creates the History record in ACT! for emails.
Disable the ACT! Add-In if you do not want the duplicate email logged in ACT! or send emails in QuoteWerks via SMTP as opposed to via Outlook.
