Outlook - Email Window Stays Open After Email is Sent

Issue:
After sending an email from QuoteWerks via Outlook, with the "Review e-mail in Outlook" option checked on the Internet tab of the Tools -> Options menu in QuoteWerks, the Outlook message stays open after hitting Send.

Cause:
Another application or Add-in may be interfering with Outlook trying to close the Message window created by QuoteWerks.

Solution:
Try disabling all applications and Add-ins that integrate with Outlook to determine which may be causing the problem. Then, contact the manufacturer of that Add-in or application for assistance.

We have seen the ACT! Add-In that creates the record History in ACT! for email exhibit this behavior.
