Issue:

When attempting to export a document to QuickBooks, user receives the following error (where the document # referenced matches the document being exported):

Document # AAAQ1002 ErrorCode: 3270
Severity: Error
Description: Missing posting account.

Cause:

QuoteWerks is set to send over documents as SalesOrders within the Quickbooks link setup, but SalesOrders are not supported in the version of QuickBooks the user isrunning.

Solution:

1) Go to Tools -> Export to Quickbooks
2) Click the Setup button
3) Hit the drop down next to Transaction Type and switch the type to Estimate or Invoice.

Alternatively, the user can upgrade to an edition of QuickBooks that supports SalesOrders.
