Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When Launching QuoteWerks, the error "Error(453) cant find DLL entry point TerSetLicenseKey in TER32.DLL in SetQWTerLicenseKey()" appears.

Cause:
The TER32.DLL file has been updated and moved in Build 35.X and higher. Either the TER32.DLL file remains in the QuoteWerks folder, or the copy in your SYSTEM32 folder did not get updated to the newer version.

Solution:
If there is a copy of TER32.DLL still in your QuoteWerks folder, rename the it to TER32.OLD. If it is only in your SYSTEM32 folder, right click on the TER32.DLL file, go to Properties and check the version. If it's older than 12.0.5.0, first try renaming that copy of the file and rerunning the nsetup.exe file located within your QuoteWerks folder. If that does not work, check on other computers in your office to see if you have a newer version on any of them; if you do, make a copy of it, bring it to the computer getting the error and overwrite the old with the new. If you cannot find a newer version, contact technical support for further help.
