Issue:
When clicking on File->Open or when you click the Open button, user receives the error:

Run-time error '6': Overflow."

Solution:
If it only occurs for one user, browse to the main QuoteWerks folder and look for the user's .ini file; it should be an abbreviation of their username. Open the file and delete all instances of "FRMOPENDocument" located within it, then Save it, relaunch QuoteWerks and login as that user. Once QuoteWerks is up, attempt to open documents again. If this doesn't work, try renaming the .ini file to .old and try again.

If the error is occuring for all users, it's more likely to be an issue with a dll file. Rerun nsetup.exe from the main QuoteWerks folder so that the node reinstalls on top of itself; once it finishes, try to open documents again.
