Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When attempting to run QuoteWerks from an iGoldmine Session you receive the following error:

QuoteWerks Can not be launched because of a licensing problem.
Please direct your system administrator to the log file for details.


Cause:
This error message is NOT being generated by QuoteWerks.

It is in fact an iGoldmine Licensing error related to the number of applications, etc. that are able to be run in the current session.


Solution:
Please consult iGoldmine Support for additional information.
