Question:

Lets say I have created a quote for Client A. I now have Client B wanting the same quote for materials. What is the best way to copy the quote that was already done for Client A for Client B ?


Answer:

Create a NEW quote and then use the File->Insert Document menu to insert the items from the other document into the new quote.

Alternatively, you can use the File->Save As menu to save the quote as a different quote, and then clear the Client A contact information from the Sold To/Ship To tab and pull in the Client B contact information.
