Error - Error 429 with ACT Integration Link and Terminal Server or Citrix

I receive an error (429) ActiveX component can't create object when I try to launch QuoteWerks or pull in contact information when I am using ACT! as my contact manager.
I am running QuoteWerks and ACT! on a Terminal Server (or Citrix)
(Note: This error is not soley related to Terminal Server or Citrix, however, the solution is specific to this environment.)
The ACT Link has not been installed or properly registered.
In order for ACT and QuoteWerks to communicate, the QuoteWerks 4.0 ACT Link must be installed. If you check the control panel and discover it has not been installed, make sure you:
- Log in directly at the server console (not in a Terminal or Citrix session)
- Install the QWACTIntSetup.msi file through the Add New Programs button, in Add/Remove Programs window (NOTE: The QWACTIntSetup.msi file is located in the root of the QuoteWerks directory.)
(In the event that the file does not install globally, you will need to temporarily make each user a Windows Admin, log in as that user, and run the QWACTIntSetup.msi file as specified in the steps above. After you verify the ACT link has installed for that user, you can then set there profile back to their normal Windows User profile.)
