Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 1
Issue:
End user receives an EFAIL Error, or E_Fail Error, when attempting to do any operation that reads from the documents database

This could be experienced in any of the following:
1) Any of the File->Open dialog windows
2) Viewing document names in "Export to QuickBooks" dialog window

Cause:

There are one or more corrupt rows in the documents database.


Solution:
Run maintenance against the documents database. (Docs.mdb)
