Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 5.5 Build 1
Issue:
After synchronizing with the Master Installation one or more of my product databases have been disabled and I have multiple copies of those databases shown in the product datasource setup.

Cause:
The Master Installation of QuoteWerks had incomplete RecGuid fields.

Solution:

At the Master Installation:
Update to Version 4 Build 29 or higher and do the following:
(Note: After updating to build 29 or higher you may receive an error message for each of your Product Databases upon load of QuoteWerks such as "Error in ch_OpenConnection" or "Missing GUID detected in datasource". This is OK.)
1) Go: Tools->Options->Security
2) Place a check in the box beside: "Enable individual Product Data Source level security"
3) Press OK
4) Again go: Tools->Options->Security
5) Lastly, remove the check from the "Enable individual Product Data Source level security" box.


At the Remote:
After performing the above steps on the Master, remove all product data sources and then perform a rollout or sync with the Master Installation of QuoteWerks.
