Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?

Question
How do I send a document to Peachtree if I do not have the items already created in Peachtree?

Background
Items being sold must already exist in Peachtree if you need to record the sale/purchase of the item in a specific GL account, otherwise the sale of the item will be recorded in the default GL account which you will need to specify.

Answer
If the item that you are sending to Peachtree does not have anything in the field in QuoteWerks that maps to the Peachtree Item ID, QuoteWerks will send the item to Peachtree using the default GL Account
