Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
After editing an RTF file in Word 2007, QuoteWerks can not read the file.

Cause:
Word 2007 added additional tags to the RTF file.

Resolution
Update to Build 33.06i or higher of QuoteWerks 4.0

As of Interim Build 33.06i Full Install (Released March 7th, 2008)
-Fix: Read error when using RTF files modified by Microsoft Word 2007.


If upgrading QuoteWerks is not an option, a temporary workaround is to open the RTF file in an older version of Word or with WordPad and re-save the document as an RTF. This should remove the tags introduced with Word 2007.
