Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
While adding fields to layout, the following error is received:

"Ran out of field table!"

Cause:

The layout designer used by QuoteWerks has a maximum number of fields of 500.

Solution:
Try consolidating fields on a layout or split the report into more than one layout.
