Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When you tryto send an email through Quotewerks or save a QuoteWerks document as a PDF, you get a prompt to "save output file as"

Cause:

The QuoteWerks PDF Generator port has been set to "File."

Solution:

- Open the 'Printers and Faxes' window

- Right-click on the QuoteWerks PDF Generator

- Click on the 'Ports' Tab

- Check the LPT1 (or LPT2) port
