Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?

Question:
Does QuoteWerks support Asian language characters (such as Chinese, Korean or Japanese)?


Answer:
At this time, QuoteWerks does not support double-byte characters. We have customers that are currently using QuoteWerks in such environments successfully, but QuoteWerks technical support does not have the ability to provide assistance in this environment and errors are possible.
