Rehost - Unspecified Error During Rehost to SQL

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When rehosting QuoteWerks to SQL, you get the error:

"Error opening recordset in ConnOpenRecordset():
Error (-2147467259) Unspecified error
SQL=Select * from Document Headers"
(Or a similar error)



Cause:
The docs.mdb file is corrupt


Solution:

Cancel the rehost process and launch the QuoteWerks Medic Utility and run Maintenance on the docs.mdb file. The Medic Utility can be accessed from the Start->All Programs->QuoteWerks ->Tools and Information->Medic Utility menu. Once the database has been repaired and compacted successfully, please try the rehost process again.


If the repair is unsuccessful, or if the error persists, you can try restoring the docs.mdb file from a previous backup or please call QuoteWerks Technical Support for more assistance. Our support contact information is listed on our website:
