Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When typing in your SalesForce.com credentials or logging into Salesforce.com to search for contacts, you get the error message:

"Error Logging Into Salesforce.com

Fault Code (0). An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x18 was found in the element content of the document)"



Cause:

The Salesforce.com login information in the [user].ini file has somehow become modified or corrupted.

Solution:

Retype your login information into the Contact Manager tab of the Tools->My preferences menu
