MSCRM-SOAP Error Searching Contacts

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When performing a search for contacts in MS CRM, you receive the following error:

'Error: SOAP Server Application Faulted 80040517Application Error Source: System.Web.Services"

(or a similar error such as 80040220)



Cause:
The user does not have MS CRM login credentials. You will need to setup a user account for the user in MS CRM or login to Windows as a different user account.


OR


The domain name / machine name specified can not be authenticated. Try using the IP address of the MS CRM server instead.
