Issue:
When cloning a report configuration file, any changes made to the layout changes for the original and the clone.

Cause:
There are two parts to a report the Configuration File and the Layout File. The configuration file contains the filters and which layout file to use when running a report. The Layout File contains what the output will look like.

When you clone a Report from the main management reports window, you are only cloning the Configuration File. The link to the existing Layout is still the same. The reason this exists is because you may want to create multiple reports that have the same formatted output.


Solution:
1. Edit the Cloned Report
2. Select the Layout Tab and clone the Layout
