Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When saving a quote to MS CRM, you receive the following error:

'Error: SOAP Server Application Faulted 80040517Application Error Source: System.Web.Services"

(or a similar error)



Cause:

You have imported a duplicate contact in MS CRM

Solution:

Delete one of the duplicate contacts in MS CRM
