QuoteWerks - Sale Info data dissapearing

Issue:
You start a new quote from your contact manager and the contact information is correctly populated on the Sale Info Tab. However, when you add a line item to your quote the Sale Info data disappears.


Cause:
This has been noted before on a machine that had Symantec Antivirus 10 installed with Auto Protect enabled.


Solution:
The issue was resolved by disabling Auto Protect. It appears that the Antivirus Auto Protect was causing some conflict. It is NOT recommended by Aspire to operate your computer without being protected by Antivirus. It is recommended that you inform your IT administrator of the issue (and provided solution) and allow them to address the situation as they deem suitable.
