Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When Printing or Emailing an RTF Cover Page, Literature, or Spec Sheet, QuoteWerks closes unexpectedly or where the RTF should be, there is now a blank page.

Cause:
The QuoteWerks print engine files could be corrupt or damaged.


Solution:
You will need to delete the following files that are typically located in your Windows\System32 folder:

* REP32.DLL
* ROC.OCX
* TER32.DLL

Then, re-run the NSETUP.EXE file located in the root of the QuoteWerks directory that you want to use.
