Question:
When Quotes are converted to Orders, how do the values of the fields ConvertedDate and ConvertedRef change?

Solution:
If you preserve the quote, then the preserved quote ConvertedDate field will be set to the date of the conversion. The ConvertedRef field will be set to the order number of the resulting order.

If you do not preserve the quote, then the order that replaces the quote ConvertedDate field will be set to the date of the conversion. The ConvertedRef field will be set to the originating quote number that was the source of the order.

Please note, this information only applies to QuoteWerks 4.0 Build 2 or higher.
