Peachtree - Password Login Error

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When trying to export to Peachtree 2006, I get the following error:

Peachtree password is not valid. Please verify the Peachtree password entered in the QuoteWerks Peachtree Link setup. Export Cancelled.




Cause:

The Username/Password specified in the QuotWerks Peachtree Setup Link may not have sufficient (or minimum) permissions in PEACHTREE to perform the Export.

Solution:

Try using an account login that has full permissions (rights) in Peachtree.

Note: This does not mean that you must be logged into Peachtree as administrator to perform the task, however, the login credentials specified in the in the QuoteWerks Peachtree Setup Login field must have administrative credentials


Sage (the maker of Peachtree), has not provided Aspire Technologies (the developers of QuoteWerks) with a list of required rights to perform tasks, so we cannot pass a definitive list on to you of all permissions needed to perform the export.
