Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When trying to save a document to a record in Salesforce.com the following error message appears:

Fault code 1239 insufficient access rights on cross-reference id.

Cause:
User does not have required rights in Salesforce.com.

Solution:
All users need the right to create an opportunity, as well as update stage and probabiltiy in Salesforce.com.
