Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When viewing a QuoteWerks product database, you need to search for a product or click on the Show All Button.

Solution:
In order to set the product database to always show all products:

1.Products-Setup Product Sources
2.Select the Product Database and Click Edit
3.Click Next...Next....Next
4.Check the box for Show all products or services when product source is selected
5.Click Finish
