Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
You are using MS CRM on a port other than the default and receive an error connecting to the MS CRM server via QuoteWerks.

Solution:
If you access MS CRM through Windows Explorer and type in MSCRMSERVER:5555 assuming MSCRMSERVER is the name of the server and 5555 is the port, then you will need to specify your MS CRM server in QuoteWerks as being MSCRMSERVER:5555
