Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
The link from Professional/Corporate Edition is setup to the Quickbooks item list. When the link is selected a run time error -2147217887 multiple step operation generated errors appears.

Cause:
An item in Quickbooks is formatted with no data where QuoteWerks is expecting data.

(Note: Characters that are in the extended ASCII character set can also cause this error, such as the icons for trademark and registered trademark.)

Solution:
The Quickbooks administrator should check the Quickbooks item list for items that have no data/are blank in the price field as well as in the account field. Change all of the blank data items to $0.00 and make sure every item is associated with an account.
