Outlook Error 91 When trying to send an email

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When trying to send an email or retrieving contact information, user gets the error:

Error in CreateItem(olMailItem)
Error (91) Object variable or With Block variable not set.



Cause:

Some of the MS Outlook files have not been properly (or fully) registered into Windows or have become corrupted.

Solution:

First:
Try repairing MS Outlook using the Repair feature of Outlook. This can be done within Outlook or through Add/Remove Programs. You may also want to try reinstalling Outlook all together.

Second:

If trying to repair Outlook does not work, you will need to perform a complete Uninstall and Reinstall of MS Outlook.
