ACT! 2005/2006 not detected - rights issue

'ACT! was not detected on this machine' during the ACT! 2005/2006 Link Setup, as shown below:
The user in Windows does not have rights to install software.
The user does not have rights to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ACT\Install\
The user does not have ACT! 2005/2006 installed.
Contact your Network Administrator to temporarily give the user Windows Administrative rights, then re-run the QW4ACTINTSETUP.MSI file in the root of the QuoteWerks directory.
If ACT! 2005/2006 is not already installed, please install first and then re-run the QW4ACTINTSETUP.MSI file in the root of the QuoteWerks directory.
