Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When I export a product to QuickBooks I get the following error:

Error: Updating of customer in QuickBooks failed. Export cancelled. Details:
ErrorCode: 3200
Severity: Error
Description: The provided edit sequence "XXXXXXXXXX" is out-of-date.

Note: The X's are variable numbers.

Cause:

More than one person is trying to Export to QuickBooks at one time or is not allowing other transaction to finish exporting.

Solution:

Make sure that after the export, you close Quickbooks (and possibly QuoteWerks too).

After the other person has finished the export, the second person can launch QuickBooks and perform the export
