Issue:

When saving a document an error window appears -

SQL Execute Error
SQL Execute ErrorQuoteWerks trapped error Syntax error in date in query expression '#month/date/year hour/minute/seconds pm#'
(The month/date/year and hour/minutes/seconds will be populated with actual values).

QuoteWerks will then be unable to save the document.

Cause:

In the Windows Regional Settings (under Control Panel) the Time tab has the Time Separator set to "." (without quotes).

(Note: When date and time are both set to use the same separator a value is returned which does not differentiate between the two, causing a conflict.)

Solution:

-Close QuoteWerks and any related applications such as CRM.
-In the Windows Regional Settings, accessed through your Control Panel, on Time Tab change the separator to ":" (colon) as the default.
