Error - Error logging into partner portal

When attempting to log into the QuoteWerks partner website at www.aspiretechnologies.com/partners
You receive an error:
"Sorry, you are not authorized to view the material on this web site.
If you try again make sure you have session cookies enabled on your machine."
The problem may be that your login id and/or password is wrong, or your web browser cookie security settings are too restrictive.
If in fact your cookie security settings are too restrictive, then your internet explorer cookie security settings need to be lowered. To do this, in Internet Explorer, select the ToolsInternet Options menu, click on the Privacy tab and set the slider to "Low".
